The Hunter Valley Gardens is as romantic as it gets with over 8kms of walking trails and 10 feature gardens, each with a different theme. You’ll spot waterfalls, over 8000 roses in bloom, a wishing fountain and lush hedges, with something more beautiful at every turn. If you’re visiting around the middle of June – July, stay for the Snow Time Festival and treat your lover to a turn on the man-made ice-skating rink.

Muse Restaurant is an award-winning restaurant that capitalises on the epic seasonal produce available in the Hunter Valley. The menu is constantly changing, but we recommend the degustation.
